2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification

To ensure fast and accurate delivery, our team may contact you via Call or WhatsApp to verify your shipping address after you place a Cash on Delivery (COD) order. Once confirmed, your order will be instantly dispatched.

3. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or Email. You can use that link to track the live location of your courier.

4. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If you receive your product in a damaged condition, please take a clear unboxing photo or video and contact our support team within 7 days at support@airashop.com. We will arrange a free replacement for you immediately.
