1. Return & Replacement Period

You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your product.


2. Valid Reasons for Return/Replacement

We accept returns and provide free replacements under the following conditions:

β€’ Product received is damaged, broken, or defective.

β€’ Wrong product or wrong color was delivered.

β€’ Parts or accessories of the product are missing.


3. Conditions for Return

β€’ The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

β€’ It must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and invoice intact.


4. How to Request a Return?

To start a return, simply contact our support team at support@airashop.com with your Order ID and a clear unboxing video/photo of the damaged or wrong product.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 working days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued to your bank account or UPI li
