1. Return & Replacement Period
You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your product.
2. Valid Reasons for Return/Replacement
We accept returns and provide free replacements under the following conditions:
β’ Product received is damaged, broken, or defective.
β’ Wrong product or wrong color was delivered.
β’ Parts or accessories of the product are missing.
3. Conditions for Return
β’ The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
β’ It must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and invoice intact.
4. How to Request a Return?
To start a return, simply contact our support team at support@airashop.com with your Order ID and a clear unboxing video/photo of the damaged or wrong product.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 working days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued to your bank account or UPI li
